For: You have one specific AI ambition but no in-house architect to design and prove it.

deliverable: Opportunity map + architecture spec + working proof-of-concept on real data.

Sprints run as 3–4 week focused blocks; not concurrent with active retainers.

retainer

1 day/week · €5–8k/month · 3-month minimum

For: You're a founder drowning in AI architecture decisions. You need senior judgment on tap, not another full-time hire.

deliverable: ADRs, weekly Loom reviews, monthly architecture memos, standing call.
